Product Parade: Candy Dots plus a GIVEAWAY!

Hey everyone! Today we are focusing on one of my favorite Pebbles products ... Candy Dots!  No more poking holes in your projects.  These self-adhesive embellishments are perfect to be used in place of brads, eyelets and buttons.  Candy Dots are available in our classic finish as well as newly added glitter and pearl finishes, and they coordinate perfectly with Pebbles Chips and Ribbon.

Design team member Eva Pizarro used Candy Dots in so many clever ways.  Here's what Eva had to say ... "Candy dots are really great. I love how you can use them for some many things! On my layout I used tons of candy dots (and I didn't even finish them all!), I used them as the center of my flower, to embellish a chipboard accent, to create the heart on my title and to add little accents to the corner of the page. They are glittered too so that gives a nice touch to your layout."

Pebbles supplies used:
Twitterpated Smitten (751011)
Twitterpated Cute (751009)
Twitterpated Delight (751001)
Twitterpated Crush (751003)
Twitterpated Giddy (751005)

Tree House Trunk (751034)
Twitterpated Word Stickers (732002)
Twitterpated Paper Flowers (741000)
Twitterpated Pebbles Chips (744112)

Charming ABC Stickers Brown (732001)
Raspberry Spool Ribbon (44030)
Chocolate Brown Spool Ribbon (44027)
Brown Glitter Candy Dots (744227)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock (American Crafts)
Marker (American Crafts)

Design team member Mimi Leinbach used Candy Dots to add bright pops of color to her fun layout.  Here's what Mimi had to say ... "For this layout since I was talking about the subject of art I wanted to mix it up a bit. I went with some "non-matching" colors and a bold pop of red. With the photos being so colorful it seemed to pull all the colors together. These are definitely not colors I would typically put together but it works so I went with it ... after all there is no wrong way to do art. I love the row of glitter candy dots, they add that extra little pizazz."

Pebbles supplies used:
Twitterpated Giddy (751005)
Twitterpated Charm (751008)
Twitterpated Sweetheart (751010)
Green Glitter Candy Dots (744215)
Yellow Glitter Candy Dots (744221)
Red Glitter Candy Dots (744228)
Baby Pink Glitter Candy Dots (744213)

Other:
Cardstock (American Crafts)

Thickers (American Crafts)
Chipboard (Heidi Swapp)
Mist (Clearsnap)

Design team member Stephanie Baxter embellished this sweet bookmark using rows of Candy Dots.  Here's what Stephanie had to say ... "I absolutely love reading but always seem to be grabbing any old scrap of paper I can find to keep my place in a book, so I thought it was about time I made myself a pretty bookmark! I wanted to use as many different Tree House papers as I could because I just love the patterns! I cut small squares of several different papers for the background, added the chipboard owl (how cute is he?!), and adhered the ribbon to the bottom of the paper. Then I went to town with the Candy Dots! They add such a special touch to a project, don't you think?"

Pebbles supplies used:
Tree House Neighbors (751031)
Tree House Bliss (751033)
Tree House Adventure (751032)
Tree House Merriment (751028)
Tree House View (751027)
Tree House Chips (74114)

White Candy Dots (744202)
Red Glitter Candy Dots (744228)

Red Ribbon (44029)

Other supplies used:
Cardstock, adhesive (American Crafts)

Now for the giveaway!  As I mentioned above, Candy Dots come in classic, glitter, and pearl finishes and several different colors. If you could add a finish or other color choices to our current Candy Dot selection, what would you add?  One lucky winner will be chosen at random to win one a complete set of Candy Dots!  Submit your comments by Sunday at midnight (EST). I'll announce the winner Monday morning. Good luck!

These are really cool!! I love everyone's projects!!! Color...hmm... maybe a neutral like brown. I think I would use those the most!!

I am with Michelle, I can't believe how often I have looked for some dots or gemstones that are brown, not much out there. Would love to see that color added. Also grey.

They already come in so many great colors, but lately I'm been using a lot of teal and there isn't much out there in the way of embellies. That would be a great color for me!
